AnyText equality searches return incorrect results for partial search phrases

Description

AnyText equality searches without wildcards should only return the results if a field matches the search phrase exactly. It was observed that searches with only a subset of a text field's contents will still return the result.
Example: Title = "A big tree" should only be returned in an "anyText equals" search if the search phrase is "A big tree". Currently it will be returned when the search phrase is "A big" or "tree".
